“Can’t access” is a difficult phrase. Do you mean it just never comes up? Let’s say your website is on ISP A. I’m assuming your site comes up on ISP A, to whom you are connected. But now you’re trying to connect from ISP B. In a simple scenario IS

I have started internet explorer without add-ons, tried compatability mode, reset privacy settings, typed in the IP address instead of website and added as a trusted site. Then i read at the bottom bit of the page saying that certain secure websites require you to have SSL 2.0,3.0 and TLS 1.0 for access.
