Sep 18, 2009 · I have a windows xp pro laptop that i can ping and gop to the websites hosted on server over the vpn and can connect with outlook to the exchnage server I am unable to reconnect to mapped drives i get the message "The local device name is already in use This connection has not been restored" I have disabled the windows firewall and the symantec antivirus still no luck.
