This will get ads removed on my local Craigslist sites. Any sort of "wanted to buy" ad must go in the Wanted category, not the For Sale -> item category. If it sounds like an ad is written by someone who is making money buying and selling, it needs to be in the "for sale by dealer" section for categories that have a dealer section.
